TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

-Mad Hero is located in Italy, orders can be shipped from Italy, or directly from EU, USA or Japan depending on the location of the item and the receiver address.

 

In case of purchase of items located in different countries, they will be shipped from the main warehouse (Italy), this may add a small delay in the shipping process, in this case you'll receive a message.

 

-Please allow 5 to 10 days for orders to be processed and shipped.

 

-All items sold by Mad Hero are not intended for street use!

Only for use on vehicles that will never be used, registered, or licenced for use on road or off road.

 

Purchase is available only for adult customers, items can have small parts that can be harmful to children.

 

Items and parts sold are NOT covered by any warranty.

If the item has warranty, it's written in the description of the item! This is only for brands like STANCEPARTS, BC Racing, Invidia exhaust, Mishimoto, Koyorad, GFB (Go Fast Bits), Skunk2, Chargespeed,Takata.

 

SHIPPING

 

-You as a customer, are responsible for giving the correct address and contact, for the successful shipping of the items.

 

-International orders may be subject to import taxes, custom duties & other fees when your order arrives in your country. You, as a customer, are responsible for covering those fees.

 

-Orders are shipped using Post services (Poste Italiane) and couriers (UPS, DHL etc.)

 

RETURN POLICY

 

-All sales are final. All parts and accessories are non-refundable. Most items are irreplacable and difficult to ship safely.

 

For EU and Italy customers are valid the customer protection laws for these countries, this refers to art. 5 DL 185/1999. So if the customer is a private person, he can resolve the purchase contract by sending a request by “Posta raccomandata con ricevuta di ritorno” to our address. The items must be send back in the state that they were purchased with the package completely intact. Your are responsible for paying the shipping to send back the items, and you're responsible for the successful arrival of the items to our warehouse, if the items are lost in the process of shipping, you are solely responsible and a refund will not be possible.

 

 

METHODS OF PAYMENT

 

-The methods of payments used on this website are Paypal and Shopify Payments.

The payment providers are responsible for the success of the transaction.

 

-In case we receive a purchase from a company or from a person that has a VAT number, we need to receive some informations by email when the order is taken.

The informations we need are:

-VAT number

-SDI in case of Italian company

-TAX ID code
