YES, Mad Hero Japan ships worldwide using Fedex, UPS, DHL, and other couriers.

Mad Hero Japan is based in EU, with the main warehouse located in Italy.

Depending on the item, products may ship from Italy, from our partners in EU, the USA, China, or directly from Japan.

Multi-country orders are usually consolidated at our main EU warehouse.

Processing and shipping time is 5–10 business days when the items are shipped from our EU warehouse.

Items that get shipped directly from our partners will be subject to their shipping time, so please consider 10 business days more for reference.

International orders may require additional time for customs clearance and declaration documents. 

If you live in the EU you DON'T have to pay import duties, unless your order is shipped directly from our partners in their country, which can be located outside the EU (for example Japan).

Items that are shipped directly from our partners will have this noted in the item description, making it easy to identify.

Due to recent US trade policy changes (tariffs introduced under the Trump administration), orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties upon arrival. 

With the current rates (updated October 2026), the general tariff should be 12,5% on the shipment value. Compared to the import tariff that we have in the EU (32%), the USA still has lower import costs in comparison to most countries in the world.

These charges are levied by US Customs and Border Protection and are entirely outside Mad Hero Japan's control. 

The customer is responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerage fees applied by their country's customs authority as he is the importer of the goods. Mad Hero cannot reimburse or cover these costs.

YES! We can indeed make replacement wheel lips and barrels to be used for your 3-piece racing wheels.

The width, style, and finish of the lips can be custom tailored to your specific needs. We also provide specific wheel hardware and accessories to add extra style points.
