SHIPPING

-You as a customer, are responsible for giving the correct address and contact, for the successful shipping of the items.

-International orders may be subject to import taxes, custom duties; other fees when your order arrives in your country. You, as a customer, are responsible for covering those fees.

-Orders are shipped using Post services (Poste Italiane) and couriers (UPS, DHL etc.)

-IMPORTANT: In case the courier hands you the package that it has been clearly damaged from transport, you can "accept it with reserve" and you have to tell that to the courier. Please send immediately an email to us, with photos of the package damage, and photos of the item in case it has been broken during transport. Then we can open a dispute with carrier.
