The new line of Flex Z coilovers feature a new manufacturing process that has made the Flex Z coilovers even more refined while keeping the price as low as possible. FLEX Z has ever-popular 16-level damping force adjustment (comp./rebound together) feature with the use of needle valve. By turning the adjustment knob, damping force (stiffness) is adjusted linearly step by step, to change the ride and handling of the car to suit driver's needs/preferences. The smooth stroke movement given by it's TWIN-TUBE CONSTRUCTION makes it possible to follow rough and bumpy road surfaces quite well, offering supple ride at low speed and stable ride at high speed. The FLEX Z kit includes upper mounts designed exclusively for each vehicle model: reinforced rubber mounts or cushion ball mounts. The cushion ball upper mounts for the front suspension feature a camber adjustment function. (Some vehicle models use original mounts.) The FLEX Z series is compatible also with the TEIN EDFC system (available as optional) which is the Electronic Damping Force Controller, which lets you change the damping settings from your cockpit featuring also Auto-Adjustment.
